Our variety box is approximately 40 pounds and is a great way to try every cut. It includes everything from roasts to ribs, steaks to ground beef and includes a few of every cut.
Approximate breakdown of cuts is listed below. You’ll receive a combination of premium and standard steak cuts which might include, rib, tenderloin, NY strip, flat iron, porterhouse, sirloin tip, top sirloin and round. Our roasts are cut as a cross rib roast, rump and chuck roast.
- Steak – 6 – 8 packages
- Roasts – 3 roasts
- Ground beef – 20 packages
All costs related to the cutting and packaging of our beef are included in the per pound cost. We vacuum seal our beef to assure premium freezing quality and to retain the integrity of the beef. The vacuum seal results in a 1-2 year freezer life and assures a really clean defrosting process, just like you’d experience with store bought beef.
