Our steak sampler includes some of our most premium steaks. A perfect sample of different cuts to keep your grill hot all year round.

Approximate breakdown of cuts is listed below. Steaks are packaged 2 steaks per vacuum sealed package:

• 1 package (2 steaks) T-Bone Steaks or Porterhouse Steaks (individual steaks are 1- 1.25 lbs each) 
• 1 package (2 steaks) Rib Steaks (individual steaks are 1 – 1.25 lbs each)
• 4- 5 packages (8-10 total steaks) Combination of Sirloin Tip, Top Sirloin, Skirt, Flank and NY Strip Steaks (individual steaks are 6-8 oz each)
  
  Total Weight: 10-11 lbs 

All costs related to the cutting and packaging of our beef are included in the per pound cost. We vacuum seal our beef to assure premium freezing quality and to retain the integrity of the beef. The vacuum seal results in a 1-2 year freezer life and assures a really clean defrosting process, just like you’d experience with store bought beef.
