Our 100% all natural, grass-fed full beef is approximately 450- 500 pounds and is perfect for sharing between multiple families or great for a single family that eats beef regularly. A full beef consists of ground beef, steaks, roasts and ribs. A typical breakdown of the cuts is about 50% ground beef, 25% ribs and roasts and 25% steaks (T-bone, tenderloin, sirloin tip, round, cube, etc.) and stew/kabob meat. A full beef requires about 12.5 cubic feet of freezer space.

A half of beef is approximately 225-250 lbs and takes up less freezer space than you might imagine – approximately 6.5 cubic feet of space. Our half beef consists of ground beef, steaks (tenderloin, sirloin, round, t-bone, cube, flat iron and rib) and roasts. A typical breakdown of the cuts is about 50% ground beef, 25% ribs and roasts and 25% steaks (T-bone, tenderloin, sirloin tip, round, cube, etc.) and stew/kabob meat.
Our 100% all-natural, grass fed quarter beef is approximately 100 lbs and is enough beef for a family of two for a full year. A quarter beef contains a mix of standard cuts, including steaks, roasts, flank, short rib, and ground beef. A typical breakdown of the cuts would be about 50% ground beef, 25% ribs and roasts and 25% steaks (T-bone, tenderloin, sirloin tip, round, cube, etc.) and stew/kabob meat. A quarter beef only requires about 3 cubic feet of freezer space.
Buying a quarter beef is a great way to fill your freezer and enjoy fresh, lean beef the entire year at a much lower price per pound than what you would pay at the butcher or grocery store.
Our variety box is a perfect way to sample our beef and makes a perfect gift. A variety box is approximately 40 lbs and contains a mix of standard cuts, including steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground beef.
